By installing or using Mobile Aura, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Mobile Aura ("the app") is a mobile utility that provides on-device system monitoring and digital well-being insights. The app is provided as-is, free of charge, for personal use.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must comply with all applicable laws and your device platform's terms.
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- You will not use the app to harm, surveil, or impersonate others.
3. Intellectual property
The Mobile Aura name, logo, designs, and software are owned by the Mobile Aura team. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
4. Disclaimers
The insights provided by Mobile Aura are derived from heuristics and should not be treated as medical, financial, or professional advice. Battery and hardware estimates are approximate. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Aura and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice.
7. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
